AIMS’s Commitment
By achieve ISO 9001: 2008, We protects each customer with maintenance and warranty, which guarantees shortest response time for both major and minor faults. We will maintain our customer's system keep on working by giving immediate replacement module from our Logistic Depot, while the parts are under repair.
Our principals will assist in the fault rectification process. This emergency escalation procedure is an additional service provided by the help desk. We believe with the growth of our company, continuous improvement of our staff's skill and performance, will keep AIM's commitment to assure the best service quality to our customers.
